Information: Mercedes Sprinter VS30 Body Kit for 2019-2026 Models
A Sprinter VS30 body kit is a set of aftermarket exterior components -- front bumper, grille, side skirts, rear bumper, diffuser, arch flares, and roof spoiler -- engineered specifically for the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter W907 and W910 platform sold in the United States from 2019 through 2026. At DL Auto Design, we manufacture every kit in-house in Lithuania from ABS plastic or fiberglass, ship worldwide with door-to-door freight, and supply parts paint-ready or finished -- so your Sprinter 2500 or Sprinter 3500 arrives looking exactly the way you envisioned it.
VS30, W907, and W910: Understanding the Correct Fitment
Mercedes-Benz uses two internal naming systems for the current-generation Sprinter. The US market designates the platform VS30, while Europe uses W907 for the standard-cab layout and W910 for the cab-chassis. All three names describe the same body-shell generation introduced in 2018 and sold through the 2026 model year, so a W907 body kit fits every VS30 sold in North America.
The previous generation -- sold in the US as the VS30-predecessor and globally as the W906 -- uses a completely different front clip, grille aperture, and bumper mounting points. Parts designed for the W906 will not bolt onto a VS30 without major fabrication. Always confirm your build year before ordering.
Within the VS30 family, Mercedes introduced a minor facelift for model year 2021 (MY21). The grille opening dimensions and headlight bezels changed slightly, so we offer dedicated facelift-spec bumpers alongside pre-facelift fitments. Our product pages call out MY20 versus MY21 compatibility wherever it matters.
Full Sprinter VS30 Body Kit Styles Available in 2025
We currently offer four complete styling directions for the VS30 platform, each available as individual parts or as a coordinated full kit.
Sport
The Sport front bumper features wide lower air intakes, integrated fog light housings, and a matching sport grille. The look references AMG-influenced van builds without crossing into replica territory. Our Mercedes-Benz Sprinter W907 Sport package bundles the bumper and grille at a combined price and is one of our best-selling US configurations.
Elegance
The Elegance line softens the proportions with smoother body lines and a more restrained lower valance. It suits passenger vans, hotel shuttles, and executive transport builds where understated presence matters more than visual aggression. Parking sensor cutouts are pre-formed in the bumper face so your existing sensors reinstall without drilling.
VIP
The VIP configuration borrows design language from Mercedes Maybach styling -- a tall vertical-bar grille, chrome accent trim, and a rear bumper with a sculpted diffuser section. It is a popular choice for limousine conversions and high-end camper van builds in the US market.
Facelift Sport
Designed around the post-2021 headlight signature, the Facelift Sport bumper integrates seamlessly with the revised VS30 fascia. The matching Sprinter W907 Sport Facelift kit includes the front bumper with fog lights, a sport grille, and is available with optional painted finish to your supplied color code.
Individual Parts: Mix and Match Your VS30 Upgrade
Not every Sprinter 2500 or 3500 owner wants a full kit. We sell every component separately so you can stage the build over time or replace a single damaged piece.
- Front bumpers -- multiple styles with or without parking sensor apertures and fog light provisions, for both pre-facelift and facelift VS30
- Radiator grilles -- diamond-pattern, star-center, tuning mesh, and debadged smooth-face styles; ABS plastic or fiberglass
- Side skirts -- fits L1 through L4 wheelbase; ABS plastic; supplied in pairs
- Rear bumpers and diffusers -- VIP rear bumper with integrated lower diffuser; tuning rear bumper with sport valance; rear diffuser add-on (bumper not included)
- Arch flares -- widen the VS30 stance, especially useful on dual-rear-wheel 3500 builds
- Roof spoiler with light bar -- aerodynamic profile with integrated LED bar provision
Materials: ABS Plastic vs. Fiberglass for a US Van Build
We offer VS30 body kit components in two materials, and the right choice depends on how the van is used.
Property ABS Plastic Fiberglass / FRP Impact resistance High -- flexes on minor hits Moderate -- can crack on sharp impacts Weight Heavier Lighter Surface finish Smooth, consistent Requires more prep for paint Best use case Daily commercial use, fleet vans Show builds, camper conversions, weight-sensitive builds Paint adhesion Prime and paint directly Gel coat or epoxy primer first For most Sprinter 2500 cargo and passenger vans operating in the US, we recommend ABS plastic bumpers and skirts. For Sprinter 3500 cab-chassis camper builds where every kilogram matters, fiberglass saves meaningful weight.
ADAS and Parking Sensor Compatibility on VS30 Bumpers
The current VS30 platform uses forward parking sensors, rear parking sensors, and -- on higher trim levels -- active lane-keep and forward collision warning radar mounted behind the front bumper fascia. This is the most important fitment detail for a 2019-2026 Sprinter.
Every DL Auto Design VS30 front bumper is designed with the OEM radar module bracket location preserved. Parking sensor holes are either pre-drilled to OEM spacing or provided as marked punch-out locations. We strongly recommend having a Mercedes-certified technician or qualified van conversion shop refit the radar module and recalibrate the ADAS suite after any front bumper swap -- this is a legal requirement in most US states as well as best practice for safety.
Our rear bumpers include pre-formed apertures for the standard four rear PDC sensors found on most US-spec VS30 vans.
Wheelbase Compatibility: Sprinter 2500 vs. 3500 vs. 3500XD
The VS30 is sold in the US in three GVW ratings (2500, 3500, 3500XD) and four wheelbase lengths (144-inch standard, 144-inch high-roof, 170-inch extended, and 170-inch extended crew). Front bumpers and grilles are wheelbase-neutral -- they fit across all VS30 variants. Side skirts, however, are wheelbase-specific, and we produce them in lengths corresponding to L1/L2 and L3/L4 configurations.
Arch flares on the Sprinter 3500 dual-rear-wheel variant require a wider rear flare than on single-rear-wheel builds. Please specify your configuration -- SRW or DRW -- when ordering arch flares so we ship the correct set.
Paint Options: Ordering a Finished Kit for the US Market
All VS30 body kit parts ship paint-ready (primer-ready surface) by default. We also offer professional spray painting to your Mercedes color code before shipment -- simply provide the three-digit Mercedes paint code found on the data label inside the driver door jamb.
Common US VS30 colors we paint regularly include Polar White (149/9147), Brilliant Silver Metallic (775), Graphite Grey Metallic (041), and Obsidian Black (197). Custom two-tone and fleet-match colors are available on request. Painted parts ship with a protective film to prevent transit scratches.
Shipping to the United States: Duties, Transit, and VAT
We ship all VS30 body kit orders from Lithuania via DHL Express, FedEx International Priority, or dedicated freight for full-kit orders. Standard transit to the US East Coast is 5-8 business days; West Coast adds 1-2 days.
US buyers are responsible for import duties under HTS Chapter 87 (auto parts). Typical duty rates on ABS plastic auto body parts run around 2.5%, though your broker should confirm the exact classification. We prepare full commercial invoices with correct HS codes to simplify customs clearance.
Because DL Auto Design is a Lithuania-based EU company, EU VAT (21%) is not charged on exports outside the European Union. US buyers pay 0% VAT on all orders -- the price shown is the price you pay to us, before any local import fees.
TUV Certification and Legal Compliance
Several of our VS30 parts carry TUV component certificates, which are the European standard for aftermarket parts approval. While TUV certification is an EU regulatory concept, it serves as meaningful third-party quality evidence for US buyers, fleet managers, and insurance underwriters who need documentation that a part meets defined engineering standards.
Parts with TUV certificates are marked on their individual product pages. If you need certification documentation for a fleet compliance review or a van conversion certification process, contact us and we will supply the certificate PDF with your order.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does a W907 body kit fit a US-market VS30 Sprinter?
Yes. The VS30 is the US market designation for the W907 and W910 platform. All DL Auto Design W907 body kit parts bolt directly onto US-spec Sprinter 2500 and Sprinter 3500 vans from the 2019-2026 model years using OEM mounting points.
What is the difference between the pre-facelift and facelift VS30 front bumper?
The 2018-2020 VS30 uses a different headlight housing profile and grille surround shape compared to the MY2021 and later facelift. Front bumpers are model-year specific. DL Auto Design lists the correct fitment on each product page -- always confirm your model year before ordering.
Will the new front bumper work with my Sprinter parking sensors and radar?
Yes, provided you choose the correct DL Auto Design bumper for your spec. Our VS30 bumpers include pre-formed parking sensor apertures at OEM spacing and preserve the forward radar module bracket position. Professional ADAS recalibration after installation is required.
Do US buyers pay VAT on orders from DL Auto Design?
No. DL Auto Design is an EU-based company and does not charge EU VAT (21%) on shipments outside the European Union. US buyers pay 0% VAT. US import duty (typically around 2.5% for plastic auto parts) is the responsibility of the buyer at customs.
How long does shipping take from Lithuania to the United States?
Standard express shipping takes 5-8 business days to the US East Coast and 6-10 business days to the West Coast. Full body kits shipped by freight may take 7-14 business days depending on the freight routing.
Can I order VS30 body kit parts already painted to my Sprinter color code?
Yes. DL Auto Design offers professional pre-shipment painting to your supplied Mercedes three-digit paint code. Painted parts are shipped with protective film. Unpainted (paint-ready) parts are also available for local painting.
Does the side skirt fit both the Sprinter 2500 and the Sprinter 3500?
Front bumpers and grilles fit all VS30 wheelbase and GVW variants. Side skirts are length-specific and correspond to short (L1/L2) and long (L3/L4) wheelbase configurations. Confirm your wheelbase length (144-inch or 170-inch) when ordering.
