The installation of these sensors on DL Auto Design bumpers is the responsibility of the customer and must be carried out by their chosen workshop.

We do not guarantee the full and correct operation of these systems after facelift models, which is the sole responsibility of the customer.

The bumper from DL Auto Design is an aftermarket component and not an original part for the Mercedes Sprinter.

Also, this bumper is available with preparation for installing parking sensors.

Installation notes

For most enthusiasts with basic DIY skills, installation will be straightforward. In some cases, minor adjustments such as minimal drilling or gluing may be required. For professional body repairers, the installation process will be exceptionally simple.

Product options and finishes

All our products are supplied in a primed, unpainted condition, unless otherwise expressly agreed upon prior to purchase.

Please note: The product does not contain chrome parts. Any chrome elements visible in the advertising images are the result of individual painting carried out by our customers.

International customers (outside the EU)

We can invoice without EU VAT (tax) for all customers outside the European Union. However, please note that you are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes and brokerage fees in your country. We recommend that you familiarise yourself with these possible charges in advance.

To receive a VAT-free invoice, please send us a message with your full company details, full address and telephone number.

Delivery and inspection

Upon delivery, before commencing painting, it is essential to inspect the packaging and the product immediately for any damage sustained during transit. This is necessary in order to file a claim with the courier service. We also strongly recommend that you carry out a trial installation of the part to ensure that it is correct and fits your vehicle perfectly.

TUV Certification

For customers requiring TUV certification, the following license fees apply:

• Single item: €40
• Complete front end (bumper + grille): €60
• Complete body kit for van: €100

Delivery and returns

You can collect the goods yourself by courier or directly from our warehouse.

We accept returns of goods in original, undamaged condition. A restocking fee of 5% of the total order value applies.

99% of our shipments are delivered without any problems, please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find any damage, you must immediately notify both the courier company and us to start the compensation process. We will provide full support in resolving any issues with the transport company.
